Do you know the capacity of the chiller? Been looking at making a jockey box for a while, leaning more toward a 2 tap setup though and not sure if this will do the job.

Dont know how i forgot about them but colonial brewing co. Theyve just opened up another branch here in Melbourne, if you have a chance to get down to margaret river (about 3 hours from perth). Do you use whirlfloc? That will coagulate the proteins, could be this that you are seeing?

They have been working well for me for a while, used to use the old school airlocks for a while and had a bit of krasuen get in there was very difficult to clean out. Only time ive had a problem with them is last weekend when i used an aggressive IPA yeast in a DIPA and a strawberry milkshake...
