They never end when you want them to, and always end when you don't want them to.

I never have that feeling. It's more like when you pass a service station on the Hume, when the fuel light is already on. "Come on baby - one more!"

Blow off time. WLP400 threatning to climb out. 9 Litres of headspace wasn't enough apparently
Well shit. The table that my urn was sitting on randomly collapsed. Wtih a 12L batch at the pre boil stage. Damn termites. Apart from a few dings the urn seems okay. Going to put some water in it and leave it sitting for some time..if it leaks out the bottom the inner welds are gone and that means its not going anywhere near mains
Looks like im santizing everything relatied to my kegerator shortly. got some kind of mold in and on top of the keg that can grow at 2*c

I'm holding off until summer, then I'm going to get a couple of big weird saisons going so the long, warm summer days will give me some good drinkin'!
I don't usually purchase beer from BWS anymore, but $40 for a carton of big eye is impossible to refuse

And I thought me getting 4 Pines Pale for $1.50 a bottle was good!

ah. BB of 9/14. That explains the cheapness. Still, it tastes far better than what you can buy from BWS @ $10 a sixer. thats for sure

As a side note, it's my 3rd AG and my 3rd Keg. And each one has blown extract out of the water
Crown golden. Glad i only bought a single to try in the car whilst waiting for dinner company @ the pub. Now i didn't expect much, but indeed, typical bland dishwater.
When a mate drinks & returns the bottles months later and hasn't rinsed the bottles. Cleaning set and dried yeast cake takes more time than a simple risne when your done mate. Man problems. lol
MMM hop theif 6. THe first carton ive obught in a while. Not bad. Now to approximate it and save me some $$$
