    Consequences Lager

    G'day gentlemen I'm going start a new brew tonight using the fresh wort from All Inn Brewing. It's the Consequences Lager wort and I'd like to give it a little bit of oomph by adding some hops etc. Any suggestions?

    So I have been given conflicting advice on sterilising products. One bloke says "only use the no rinse steriliser, other stuff is crap" then the next bloke says "only use the clean and sterilise in one product as it's superior to anything else". Well which is better? Advice please?????
