    Darwin water profile

    There is some fine print with Cheeky, basically not grain. One of the local brewers puts together an order from down south for grain, from time to time and we get discounted freight on the order.

    Hi Seehuusen, Pretty fair chance the high mash temperatures will have the org finish high. Dry hop will mask the sweetness somewhat. You could also try upping your ferment temperature and see if it restarts. Cheers Chris

    Keg hopping with Galaxy

    Hi Chap, I'm new to kegging, however, I dry hopped 30g of Galaxy in the keg for a S & W clone. Hop bag supported about half way down. It has been in the keg for 30 days, just started to pour last week. YUM. I can't detect any grass tones.
