    Lallemand Philly Sour yeast

    Definitely consider dropping the sweetener and add the yeast. I added the sweetener and hated the flavour, so glad I accidentally cross contaminated with philly because it saved it from going straight down the drain. Those mangrove jack kits are way too expensive for what you get.

    Vic Secret hops

    I've used Vic Secret in my last two brews, as bittering, flavour and aroma hops. One is a Coopers clone and the other is a semi-tropical ale. Loving them, will be using a lot more of them in the future. Any kind of aussie pale ale should considering using VS.
