Have any of you guys seen the interpretations of Pantera songs on You tube? F***ing Hoffstyle is the funniest shit. You will need to log in or sign up to see it, but it's worth the effort.

Quite possibly the worst mixed 6 pack of beers I've ever had. 3 were infected with a medicinal flava that was overpowering and the other 3 were just plain shit. A close second would be the beers made by the hold fast pub on site.An overt soapy yeast bite that masks the malt flava beneath.

Seriously, give the nottingham a trial.Attenuates well, floccs well. The APA I put into sabsosa this year was made with nottingham and it got 40/50. Nice in a stout also ,so it would suit a brown beer,(doesn't batz use it in his alts?) 1968 is my fave liquid strain,but its prolly a little...

That estrella stuff is out of balance to my palate, too thin and lacking malt character for its bitterness. And thats just from a pissy little taster in a bottlo. DAB is a nicer example of a lager and better value for $$$ in my HO.
