Hello. I have notice that Casula Home brew shop shut down and Manfred's old place in Campelltown is still going. Last time I was there it was for sale and I am not sure who runs the place anymore. As previous post said this place has died. I keep getting reminders to go the M.A.L.E monthly...

This Belgium I enjoyed in a dark Hotel lounge in Amsterdam. I was really enjoying the sweetness and fullness of this one and not as sickening as the ones I had in Sydney. Maybe I have hardened up a little.

Stopped on bar in Munich. The name is on the glass with the brewer emblem. The place was recommended by a waiter from another Brewery for their beer, He was not wrong, This one was strong, Full, flavoursome and I could almost chew the grains in this one. This beer is for Beer lover and Mega...

This Dunkel was sooo Good that I had three of them before the climb up the mountain to look at Ludwig fairy tail castles.

Cannot drink this one but my darling partner took thousand of this type of photographs and I though this one suited the Forum.

This one was a luvely drop and was lovely balances and the flavour was perfect for a sausage.

This ones was very nice but the combo of toasted grains in a Hefe was not as exciting as I though it would be.

Another absolutely sensational Dunkel. One day I wil brew this one again. I made a similar back in 2010 but after that I had to work my little tush off for Valvoline and no time for brewing.

This is my second favourite beer. Love the toast and and you can taste the grains and the Sweetness of the wort drinking this one.

Simple and dry Beck. On tap a very nice drop.

Probably one of the finest crafted beer I have drank. Absolutely delicious in every sense and I the memories of drinking this in the alp of Munich on a warm summer day back in July....

Did have more flavour than i anticipated and a good substitute if you need to drive and want a few thirst crunchers.
