It's been too long - For Sale - stuff

Cheers for the posts and PMs folks - at this stage, I'd really like to keep things together, for ease and whatnot, but perhaps a pipe dream. lets give it a bit and see what happens, but sure, if it's gotta be split, so be it. Eggs - Will try and dig out the kettle/coil and ping you a message...

It's been too long - For Sale - stuff

Mate - I've been outta this game for a while, and forget how much I've spent over the years. I'll need time to figure out what sorta $ this stuff is worth, but I know I wont recover close to what I paid. If you are genuinely interested, PM me a reasonable offer.

Managed to track down 11 of the Cornys - not opened in years - suggest replacing o-rings. And there are 4 of these Perlicks:

It's been too long - For Sale - stuff

Hey all. Former regular around AHB, but that's going back a fair few years. Haven't touched my brewing kit for at least 6 years now, and although I had hoped to get back into it, I don't see that happening. So rather than just continually shift stuff around to make room for things, I figure...

    Above Ground Pool?

Because in the winter the pool freezes and can become an ice rink. pretty hard to get the chems through the ice. The pools actually need to be winterised to prevent the pipes from bursting. edit: OK perhaps not all over the US, but certainly in the norther states, like Minnesota and such.

    American Rye Amber Ale

IMO, I'd drop your mash temp a few degrees or bump your IBU's up a bit. she's gonna be a think full malty one, and if you want it heavier, make sure you balance it out a bit with the bitterness, or dry it out a bit (lower mash temp). Or try it as you are and tweak these for v2 to compare. Brew...

    Anyone Been To Canada Latey?

I haven't been 'home' in a while, but whilst there, I have to say, I was spoiled with choice. here's a quick Link that you can get some sort of idea for what's where, and if you are looking for craft variety for take-away (i.e. the room), find the largest LCBO (not the Beer store). They have...

    Broo Beer Franchises

Awesome. figuring on pubs/bottle-o's taking an 8 to 10% margin(likely more, but go with it), with an average sell price to compete with the target audience brands, you'd have to be unloading over 10 cases a week just to cover off the software license fee for the friggin app - Awesome, where do...

    Why All Grain?

Why bother with All-grain? Well cuz a 3V, system with 2 pumps, superfriggin i-tye burner, mechano set stand, Mastermill, several 22/2400W elements, a Heat exchange unit (under construction), immersion chiller, hoses and heaps of stainless bling............. .........would just be overkill...

    Smoked Rye Porter Recipe

Yep, what he said. Carafa Sp II and us05 or 1272 (american but is awesome for delivering nice maltiness. and go the 3 rye specs, each a slight different variant, helping for that layered slick/spicyness.

    Ipa Recipe Advice

With my AIPAs I bitter to OG (1.065 = 65IBU) at 60 minute addition, then from 15 minutes down, add another 2 IBU every 2 - 5 mintues (you will see amounts go up towards the end of the boil). This gives a firm bitterness, and the whole spectrum of flavour and aroma for the hops in use.
