only 6 days in but looks to have stalled at 1.023 raised temp to 20c see what happens i pitched two packs re hydrated

currently coming up to boil and looking at OG post boil 1.068-70 mash was high at 68.4c over shoot recipe called for 67.5 planned on using S-04 , calcs show based on 75% an FG of 1.016-17 will this finish to high and be cloying? cheers

i would say its just physical filtration but will need to check this will need to check PH next time, i have a cheap one never used it i full volume biab, so checking PH once mashed in yeah?
