Both my temperature controlled fridges are all fridges no freezer. My pouring fridge has a freezer on top which I use to store hops etc.

Welcome CJay. I am guessing you will be bottling to start off with? As Yankinoz mentioned sanitation is so important but if I can add another couple of tips, temperature control, quality yeast and PATIENCE. Good luck with your new adventure.

I ordered a carton of wine on the 21st to be delivered by Australia Post. It arrived today 23rd July. I think there maybe more to this issue other than blaming COVID.
