Decided to redo my gear so got a bit to rehome.
1) 3 tap keezer. Hisense freezer with collar, 2 way co2 manifold split into 3 type S couplers. Perlick 525 taps. Rigged for external co2 bottle and has stc1000 in fascia and stainless drip tray. Collar not perfect but works a treat and looks fine...

Any homebrew shop will be able to order one or you can buy it online
You should have a sealed jiffy box covering the unit on the inside, will cost a few dollars and a few minutes. The freezer will be at pretty much 100% relative humidity 24/7.
Mine fits 3 if needed, for ales I just read temp off the one closest to the cooling plate and set the temperature a degree low, fan keeps things fairly consistent. If ferments are staggered I stick it to the new one and don't start second until at least 3 days in to the first. If you line it up...
I've had my house pillaged in canberra before. All of the gear turned up for sale in sydney a month later. Local police said it's fairly common for the pricks to wait until you've replaced everything and stopped looking for it to sell. Was a nightmare sorting out returns. I'd keep an eye online...
I'm seconding a simple saison, especially if you're not refrigerating fermentation.
4.5kg pilsner malt, 220g acidulated malt, 60g czech saaz hops fresh wort hopped as you start the boil and ferment with belle saison yeast at ambient temperature.
I had a play with one on demonstration, haven't lived with one though.
My rig is a recirculating electric biab keggle with 2 x 2000w elements. Cost with chiller, stc, pump etc would have been less than half of a grainfather but there's a fair bit of incidental cost along the way as you trial...
Burmese. Not keen on beer but mad coffee fiend. He's pleasant enough as long as someone plays fetch with him dog style for a couple of hours a day... was shitty because i was using one of his food bowls as a drip tray i think
I got one for a new jockey box. Use perlick PCs on keezer. Seems well made, drips a little post pour just like a perlick. Pours well, seems like a good deal at this point.
It goes through into an abs project box which is sealed up with a whole bunch of silicone. Has a couple of dessicant sachets inside too. Seems to be no issues thus far
