    I usually go through hoppy days for my ingredients, they have the carafas but not black patent. Any ideas who in Brisbane would do black patent in small amounts?

    IBU calcs when doing partial mash, & adding extract late.

    Is there anyway to know the IBU’s of extract? I have a tin of country brewer rapid creek Pilsner and all it says is lightly hopped. I want to do a 60 min boil with it and some steeped grains but don’t wanna overshoot the IBU’s.

    Poor Attenuation

    If you have too many unfermentables will throwing in some dry enzyme help get the FG down? I had an ESB get stuck at 1.020 recently, bottled it up but its so sweet its horrible to drink.
