I'm currently not an owner but am following following the thread closely as I'm having a serious look into purchasing one of these systems, hope this is not considered kijacking but I believe it's a relevant question...... what's the quality of the beer these systems are producing? Do they all...

I don't know how big my current element is at the moment mate I'm gonna have my sparky mate take a look but it doesn't seem to boil very hard it hovers at 101c on my temp gauge so as soon as I get a decent gust of wind it drops to 99 and I loose my boil, I'm gonna try some more robust insulation...

I'll have to talk to my sparky mate for the technical stuff you just talked about( I'm just a dopy boilermaker) but I get the general gist of what your talking about

Has anyone got experience with using a .5 carb stone to carbonate their kegged beer? Ordered a 2 stone's the other day a 0.5 stone for carbing kegges and a 2.00 for wort aeration for healthy fermentation.. i know the aeration stone wasn't a waste of money as it comes in an 02 kit bit the carb...

Hey lads I'm seriously thinking of doing a heating element upgrade on my 35L BIAB system (NANO electric brew kettle) the current heating element doesn't seam to have enough juice to get a good solid rolling boil so iv priced up 2400watt element and thinking this should kick some arse! Question...

Hey mate iv got that exact set up and by the same company and they work really well for a first time BIAB system, iv added a pump to recirculate my wort while mashing which helps regulate the temp, be sure to get yourself some of that bubble wrap type insulation and throw that around it and it...

I'd love that option mate but I live 1400ks from my nearest city so I don't have get to browse the grains and have s good look my only option is to take a punt and order a brew or 2 worth of grain and hope for the best lol but so far my beers have turned out pretty bloody good!

Na I mean the kits with the yeast and grain that you mash yourself just like a standard all grain recipe but it's all put together for you to make a specific type of beer, I was looking at a few the other day and it got me intrested and thought I'd give the Irish red a go but don't want to...
