I'm brewing the above kit and it's been fermenting since the 17th of Feb the sg was 1.054 its now down to 1.014 and seems to be steady, is 1.014 too high an sg to keg. I will be transferring it into a king keg pressure barrel

I have some dark spray malt should I use that instead lme
