Hey Andy,
Not legal by any means but word on the street is to hide the bottles in a toolbox on your ute, run a hose on a mounted fill point and have removable lpg stickers on your number plate.
Or so I hear.

In the bar I own we dropped the coffee machine after the first weekend. We were constantly asked to make a coffee which took a considerable amount of time whilst the bar was lined up. It would have ended in extra staff to make the few coffees when required.
Not my cup of tea!
Starting a brewery or especially a brew pub takes a lot of money. Nothing is cheap and do a business plan and be honest with it to see whether you can afford it.
Plus heaps of heaps of hard work and red tape.
But on the other hand if you love hospitality and all the sorts nothing is better than...
I did the speights tour in Dunedin which I loved the history. Then try a pint of speights at the ale house next to the brewery fresh out of the tank. Good times!
In my opinion it is much more accessible to get craft beer and be snobbish as it is a much smaller outlay in cost for a beer rather than shoes... Or surfboards for that fact.
But if I was able to afford it, I'd buy a delorian and get it to 86.
