Think about the huge reduction in your carbon emissions though. Less travelling in a car to buy beer, which is delivered and distributed in fossil fuel burning trucks. Even a trip to the LHBS would get you enough ingredients to brew a lot more beer than you could fit in your car in just one...

Drop the corn syrup, go with 250gms of LDME. Better mouth feel, more body and a balanced sweetness.
