Good morning Gents,

I started brewing in 2007 due to the lack of good beer on tap at any of my locals. As an Englishman newly convicted and sent to the colonies of rural Australia, I refused to not let good beer slip from my grasp. I thought "im an educated man... how hard can it be".. how little i knew. Since this time iv spent thousands saving money (im pretty sure im up to about 9 grand ahh) Now brewing is my new mistress and what a madomasacistic bitch she is! She gives me pleasure and she applies me pain, but still i come back for more.

I run a modified 98 litre BIAB system with a 12 litre sparge vessel. This assists my friends need to drain my 4 running taps.

I have made a number of Ales of competition quality, but i am yet to build a lager of worth. That is my holy Grail!

Yeast science is my current homework ( i have a microscope and my girlfriend consistently ripes the piss out of me ). My yeast bank is coming on nicely.

Drink up, theirs another 120 litres in the fridge!

Tom :)
