    Brewers Hardware

It will be worth the wait. I have one and have ordered a few things from them in the past. Fermenting in the sanke works well with their kit. Cheers

    Pressurized fermentation.

I've tried this and you need to have a good valve for adjusting the pressure. Beware of filling a corny keg up too much and doing it as you can end up with beer in your valve and pressure gauge. Been there! The homebrewtalk talk thread has all the info required. Finding suitable components is...

Whirlpool Vessel: Angle Of The Dangle?

My flipper is a ss slotted thing that you would flip a meat pattie with. The baffle is a 20mm strip of stainless bent to the same shape as the bottom of the kettle, it's just tack tig welded to the bottom of the pot. Pretty simple really, it works really well.

Whirlpool Vessel: Angle Of The Dangle?

15 seconds or so definately less then a minute. The baffle is tack welded at 4 spots on each side. I had originally wanted a return but with all the plumbing etc to put a whirlpool return in, I would spend my money elsewhere. I don't use a spoon either, I use a ss flipper. Cheers
