Hi I thought i would try and decided not to filter one of my beers. Big mistake, very cloudy and yeasty. Is it possible to let the gas out and filter the beer keg to keg, or is there too much risk of getting an infection?

Brewed this at the end of the week. Been 4 days so far bubbling away in the fermenter. Cant wait to tase this one. Loved the smell of the Pacific Gem hops. Thanks for another recipe i have tried a few of yours tony with success with most of them :beer:

Hi Just curious if anyone has experimented with a James Squires 150 lashes pale ale all grain brew? I have tried and love Dr smurtos golden ale. i have read and have heard they use Nelson Sauvin, Amarillo and Willamette. Any ideas on a recipe?
