Former Intensive Care Paramedic and clinical team leader, i pulled the pin from a fast paced life and focused on my three passions - family, good beer and fly fishing I still hold an interest in applied sciences. Currently the owner of National Home Brew & Hervey Bay Home Brew, I'm not on here to primarily to promote business, but rather for the unadulterated enjoyment of making good beer. As an enthusiast brewer with an understanding life partner and wife I now get to spend a lot of time designing great beer, enjoying the fruits of my labours and the personal satisfaction of helping others to do the same.
