Ok... I registered for the forums this morning, but I can't see any members section or any events section. The only two threads I can see are "What are you Brewing?" and "by-laws".

not sure, but just thought i'd add that you do pay for what you get with brewing stuff and one area i'd personally not cut corners with is stuff which could potentially be dangerous if it fails.

I can't see myself ever needing/wanting to charge people for brews (notwithstanding the fact that it is technically illegal). Most homebrewers brew more than they can drink anyway and having a higher turn around means you can brew more often (after all, this is the fun part) and keep your...

probably just a tooheys old clone, without the "modern commercial beer"-style ingredients list (i.e. use real hops and no sugar)

just chuck them in IMO. as long as you keep the beer roughly in balance it'll be fine. of course, record how much of each goes in just in case you make your favourite ever beer!!

on a serious note though, kensington is close enough to the local taphouse that i'd probably just go there.
