I have a question about the shelf life of beer kits, yeast and grain. I have some lying around that I bought to make an Australian Pale Ale, that is at least 12 months old. Can I use it or should I toss it? Griffio

There is definitely one in Coffs. King Tide Brewery. I have been there for lunch. It's a great spot and good beer. Just down Studio Lane. I think Coffs is getting better, especially around the Jetty.
