just use a grain bag and drain through the bung!!!!!

to get a taste, why not buy the round cooler, use what you have as hlt, mash into cooler with your bag in to retain grains, then once mash is done, drain cooler and sparge back into hlt which will now be the kettle, if you like that, add if required over time.

Just looked on chi co. at taps and it says perlick are discontinuing their taps early next year due to ongoing leaking problems. Ventmatic taps are back as well. Has anyone else got any info on this or is it old news and I am out of the loop???
