    Balter IPA Clone

I assume so, put it into some software, I've only got this screenshot as a reference, post will be in here somewhere still. Note 75 min boil too so adjust expected wort volume if not doing 75min. *Edit. Boil time note, typos

    Balter IPA Clone

Not that I know of, here's an untested (by me) Pirate Life IPA that I assume I saved as a note from AHB, try to find that post maybe. You can tweak this to taste and change up hops a a a decent base and work from there.

    PSA. Inkbird instant read thermometer

My thermometer died mid brew yesterday, reading all "l" as the temp, tried new battery, hitting, swearing all to no avail. Just lifted the skirt and it had a broken wire from the probe to the PCB pad indicated by the screwdriver in the pic. Cables are wedding prick stiff Chinesium and flapping...

Quick help . CHINOOK whole cone bittering. Mashing NOW

Threw 11g whole chinook in and pulled them out after 20mins + the ctz. Lots of 0 and whirlpool so bitterness will be fine, only a very pale session ale type brew. Experimental Taiheke brew more than anything, tastes ok into the ferm. Thanks for the reply!

Quick help . CHINOOK whole cone bittering. Mashing NOW

I don't have the bittering hops for my brew (Warrior) I just mashed in. Going to use the 7g of CTZ I have on hand and some home grown Chinook cones to sub 15g of Warrior, probably another 7-10g, not to picky on biterness for this one. Should I remove the bittering hops after say 5mins to...

Tried And Proven Low Carb Lager.

Any thoughts on the sweet FG for a pale ale that's "healthy" and decent? I haven't fooled with this enough or measured any commercials to get an idea.

Tried And Proven Low Carb Lager.

Might not be carbs, which is what we are talking about, but the energy if unused it rapidly ends up converting to stored body.

Tried And Proven Low Carb Lager.

Bet is not high carb as such, but when you use a full bodied delicious beer as a baseline low carb beer is lower carbs than "normal" beer as it says, and generally tastes like bad. Large amounts of anything high in sugar or carbs are not great if you don't burn this energy off as it basically...

Tried And Proven Low Carb Lager.

I resisted using the word "healthy" but for lack or a less ambiguous term... I've overshot my Citra pale / xpa mash (hit 80 almost) before and ended up with a low ABV (3%, may have even pumped it up with dex) but it was really too sweet, still, didn't have much harsh criticism being a fail and...

Tried And Proven Low Carb Lager.

I haven't but I'm also keen to have a good everyday beer that is a bit healthier. Save the good stuff for Friday and the weekend. I think the lowcarb enzyme works by converting more of the unfermentable sugars so I assume you will loose body.

    Great northern.... I’m sorry

I think the flame out hops will spoil the intended style [emoji23]

    Great northern.... I’m sorry

Adelaide tap water, sugar, yellow dye #5, shredded newspaper, Stevia, low carb enzyme and a dash of thrush. Should get you 90% there. -Sorry, couldn't help myself! Just make any megaswill recipe and adjust dextrose/malt to get the blandness right, all good!

What's Your Go-To Pale Ale Recipe?

Haven't tried London Fog but that's next on my to do list for an NEIPA. Apparently pretty popular strain.

What's Your Go-To Pale Ale Recipe?

I've made a few NEIPAs recently, I'd recommend London 3, as a readily available yeast. The best results for a peachy fruity ester profile that's in the wheel house for the commercial examples around IMHO Yeastbay Vermont ale, worth the extra 10 bucks, big difference! I used the Gash Slug all...
