So damn good, I've made another 2 batches.

This turned out TOPS!!! I only ever drink 2 or 3 tallies though. I wouldn't drink anymore for fear of the next day.

Damn you!!! I tried looking up my post's but nothing came up, then I tried the tittle "chilli beer" and still no luck. I hate this interweb thingo. LOL Yes I still run my A/C but only for about 7 hours a day. Hard to fit 4-6 fermenters in a fridge.

Check out my new post. They were pickled chilli's that I grew myself.

I add about 20-25 PSI then roll on the floor for about 5-7 minutes and it comes out fine. Although Carbination is better after 24 hours.

OK, I have looked for my last topic on this but can't seem to find it. I made a chilli beer a few months ago and it has turned out AWESOME. Ingredient were can of Tooheys Lager, 1 kilo dextrose and 9 red chilli's chopped up into fermenter. Fermented for 27 days. Chilli's simmered for 5 minutes...

I'll empty them if thats what someone wants.

It did add bitterness. I used a tea bag style and boiled bag for 10 minutes and then added to fermenter.

I am a little dissappointed with the results of Pride of Ringwood. I put it in with a brew that I love and it turned out a little like beer out of a tap that has dirty lines at the pub.

My batch is ready to go into bottles. Will be bottling in a couple of days.

I freaking HATE it!!!!!!!! Cant keep up with all this bottle washing and storage is a pain in the arse!!!! Bloody bottles in the laundy sink and the kitchen window sill full of bottles waiting fir sterilizing........ it SUCKS!!!!

Only got 3 fermenters going and they have been fermenting for 5 weeks now!!!!! Can't drink as much as I am brewing anymore!!! I have only got 2 19ltr kegs, so I am going to keep my 120 tally bottles. Ordered my 4 liter CO2 bottle from ebay 2 days ago, only $170 delivered full of gas. Can't wait...

I am still brewing, have gone to kegs now. When all my 9 cartons of stubbies are empty, they will be for sale too. Keeping off the forum as I have my brews turning out perfect now. I LOVE my beers that I am brewing and don't need to be told I am doing the wrong thing or using the wrong product...
