    Hefeweizen Vent

Tap Fünferle Weizen - Boludo/Elmar https://share.brewfather.app/p89w8dTSdWeKNx This is a recipe for Hefeweizen transferred to brewfather from German. It's very nice. I use brewzilla to make it Cheers Elmar

    Fermzilla

You could use one of the cheap carbonation caps on your collection container, put on a quick disconnect and some beerline with a tap and release pressure slowly

KK - 'Fermentasaurus' conical PET fermenter

The latest float and dip tube from kegland is only $7.95. Diptube is much better than the first one I bought with Fermzilla. And you get the floaty as well. It's been known to fail.

Cleaning Beer Lines Without a Keg

I use a Bunnings sprayer. $9.70. The wand pipe happens to fit nicely into 8mm duotight fittings. Replaced the hose with beer line as the black hose is very smelly. Also use the set up to pressurise kegs, Fermzilla etc.

First lager brew - stuck fermentation?

I'm using Brewfather as my brewing program. I'm very happy with it. Does all the adjustments including water automatically for you. Worth a try. Brewfather.app will get you there. Cheers [emoji482][emoji481]

    Foam, carbonation and kegging

I use one of these on the Fermzilla with only about 0.5m of beer line: https://www.kegland.com.au/flow-control-ball-lock-disconnect-flow-restrictor-seconds.html Working fine. Normally I use 4mm beer line of about 1.5m in length and between 10 and 12psi. Tap through fridge door in both cases.

Looks great. Gives us another option, nothing wrong with that [emoji106][emoji6]

    Fermzilla

I couldn't get one of my carb caps to seal. Turns out it's the carb cap itself. The one in stainless that is supposed to fit gas and liquid posts. Go figure Sorry you are having so many problems with your Fermzilla Norbert. Quality control in China evidently is quite up to the task at hand

    Fermzilla

Hi Norbert I have one of those and they don't work well with carbonated beer. Probably really need one of these to create a back pressure: https://www.kegland.com.au/counter-pressure-bottle-filler-kit.html That way you also keep oxygen out. Depending on the pressure in the Fermzilla, your beer...

    9 Litre kegs x 3 Italian

Hi zoigl Can you tell me how much freight for all three would be to Meringandan West 4352, would be? Cheers

    Fermzilla

Hi Norbert I'm thinking if you are already happy with the level of carbonation in your beer, there is no need to use sugar. You may create bottle bombs if you do. I'm assuming that you have cold crashed and tried a glass or two. Here are some handy formulas from Fabian...
