Hi Gtalckmin, Hobart Brewers FB should be active. The meetings are every 3rd Wen. of each month. So 20th of April will be the next one. Meetings start at 8.00pm up stairs at the New Sydney Hotel. ( Or sometimes at one of the near by micro brewery's ) Hope you can make it along some time. Cheers

I have connected up the motor/gearbox to my mini mill. Base malt trials are seemingly effortless. From a standing start full of grain it starts like its empty. HOWEVER :) Not sure I have it working how it should . At the moment I have S1 connected to the (red) NO push to Close momentary...

+ 1 for under letting I gravity feed @ 50C. If I only open the ball valve (3/4' with 1/2' hose) half way its rare to get any dough balls. Fully open I have had one or two small ones.

I bought a 80mm fan for the heat sink today. The heat sink holes are 10mm or more narrower than the fan holes. Is the info on the build video incorrect or do I have a different fan design.
