After 2 weeks in the fermenter the FG is at 1016, the coopers recipe states "The brew is ready once the SG has stabilised over a couple of days, expect about 1008 to 1012"
Should I be concerned about bottling?
This is a great recipe, I've made it several times now. I was thinking about putting down another batch but adding some dextrose to increase the ABV. Does anyone know what the alcohol % is when made as per the 1st post? And what would it be if I were to add 0.5kg or 1kg of dex?
I've noticed on the TC Bootmaker Pale Ale can that it is recommended to be brewed with 1.5Kg of Light Dry Malt. Question is, is there any difference in results between using LME over LDM?
I was planning on making this one today but seem to have misplaced/used the Bravo hops... I have several other hops from my last bulk order, can somebody reccomend a substitue?
