Ok i threw down two different lagers several weeks ago and whilst not quite finished fermenting before i went on 2 weeks holiday i left them until i got back to keg which meant 4.5 weeks fermenting. The thing is the bloody things are like rocket fuel i added no more dextrose than suggested (1...

I just pulled out an old 12V fan from a computer and connected to a nokia charger, it barely spun. I've ended up using a 13.5V adapter i had laying around it was the only thing that would move the bloody thing. Just gotta figure out how to mount it.....Anyone care to post pics of theirs for ideas?

How do you know which way is the right way for the fan to go in regards to pushing the air around?

I am in the final stages of converting my chest freezer but just wondering where is the best place to put the probe for the fridgemate? High up on the collar or lower down? Any help would be great thanks.
