I've used both Wyeast and White labs strains numerous times...They are effectively the same yeast and produced identical results in my Kolsch brews.

Yes but you will need to purge with C02 more so than you would with a full keg because there will still be a greater chance of residual Oxy still in your kegs head space.

I've had mine for a couple of years now and fitted it permenantly into my keg fridge so I can easily fill my growlers when I want to take my beer elsewhere. I also have a small 9L keg that is filled with dilute sterilent that I rinse the gun with after every use.

I don't know about demand but I did buy a 60L variant from rotomoulding in WA 30 $308 including shipping. I was after a SS conical but couldn't justify spending that much $$$. my only gripe with the plastic conical, though not a big concern is that the lid is not air tight which means I don't...
