Hey Kegland. Do you have any plans to make a oneway duo fitting that threads directly to the regulator? Also - there was some discussion around making universal ball locks that fit both gas and beer disconnects, are these still going to be available? Cheers.

I would pay the extra $50 - $100 to be able to handle boiling wort. That's a game changer for me.

Partially carbonated. I transfer fully carbonated from keg to keg and it doesn't seem to make any difference to me. As MHB suggests, I find gauges on the spunding valve and the regulator to have minimal accuracy. In fact I hardly use them as a guide, especially when transferring.

Seems like an awfully long time. I take it you would have checked if there's anything partially blocking the pick up tube and everything in between? I transfer the exact same way and it takes around 15 minutes for a full corny keg.

Absolutely! Don't mess with caustic before doing some research on handling, dosage rates and temperatures. It does do an amazing job though.

After a caustic wash

I use 2 in a 70 liter boil kettle. Takes a while to get to a boil, but more than enough when it gets there. Still going after 4 years and no problems. One thing I did was made a cover from an aluminum project box from Jaycar to cover the exposed wires. Originally I had plastic electrical boxes...

Might get some blockage? Worth a shot. Report back and let us know how you went.
