Diy Drip Tray On Chest Freezer

All I have on mine is a couple of cheap L brackets siliconed to the front. Drip tray is a standard one that just sits on top, you can take it away and clean it easily. Silicone on the bracket, hold it there for a few days with plumbers tape until the silicone cures and presto - no drilling or...

Can I Use Little Creatures Yeast?

I wouldnt assume that coopers yeast found in the bottle is the same as the primary fermentation yeast strain. After talking to an ex head brewer, he would not answer a question that i asked about this. By not answering this I assume it is different, as the beer is spun in a centrifuge to...

People have to bear in mind that unless you have tasted a certain style / type of beer in its home country, you are really un aware of what the actual product should taste like. Alot of people actually accociate the "imported" beer taste, to be different to the BUL which is brewed here. This...

    Double Hopped?

Iso hops are added on the way to the bottling line, along with all sorts of othe stuff to aid in head retention, add colour etc. The big brewerys make a high gravity wort, around 8% alc, and thin it down to the required alc levels, thats how they control it so well. The one high gravity wort...
