Does anyone use a digital hydrometer? I'm looking into fun gear for my brewing kit and I'm wondering if anyone uses one on the regular or can recommend a brand.

I want to bulk prime my IPA. In my fermenter is the tin of Cooper's IPA, and a tin of light malt extract, plus the yeast that came with the IPA. I've always bulk primed my beers, but this is the first time I've made an IPA. Can anyone recommend the best sugar for bulk priming? Cheers.

Has anyone tried adding cacao in any form to stout at some stage during fermentation?
