    Sandwich Fillings

    Talking of putting stuff on bread rolls etc............. I used to work with a guy who swore by half a large block of caramello chocolate between 2 slices of bread or on a bread roll. One of my favourites - reheated left over rissoles and gravy :icon_drool2: Cheers, Craig

    Last nights dinner.......... Veal cutlets with mushroom sauce :icon_drool2:, baked baby potatoes with rosemary salt and buttered beans. All washed down with a couple of glasses of kolsch for me a sparkling shiraz for the wife. Cheers, Craig

    Managed to pick up a couple of 4 packs from Dan Murphys at Greenhills tonight :D They had about 2 cases worth left on display - tried to find out if they had more out the back but the helpful sales assistant must have got lost or run over by a forklift as he is yet to return to let me know...

    Thanks guys - I actually can't complain about NRMA they have been pretty good. They have agreed to replace all the brew gear without question - I wasn't sure they would. And look at the bright side I get to go shopping for shiny new gear :icon_chickcheers: Cheers, Craig

    Thanks for the kind thoughts guys :beerbang: It has been an interesting experience to say the least! 2 cars written off, about $45k damage to the garage / house and the majority of the garage contents damage or destroyed. But worst of all 95% of my brewing gear, supplies and bottled beer...

    Probably around the 1.005 maybe slightly less. You can add LDME if you want..........I have attached a PDF with a recipe including malt or search / google ginger grail. Cheers, Craig

    G'day Gerald, Your OG figure sound pretty right - the Morgans GB actually says approx 3% alcohol on the outside of the tin. The Coopers GB says approx 3.5% using 1kg of raw sugar. Cheers, Craig
