    KegLand Questions and Answers

That's awesome, perfect sizes, good prices and especially like the idea of the new seal which I agree the silicone ones can be abit of a problem at the high psi. Will get onto these as you release them. Cheers

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Yep, keep on going, don't take notice of the trolls of your thread...Most of us are tired of their crap anyway, especially when they obliviously have a personal beef with you guys which other punters including myself don't care, one reason why I haven't been posting here lately .. Question...

    KegKing now at keg-king.com.au

Kegland keep doing what your doing and don't listen to guys pooing you down to much. Some of these guys bring in their own un-certified electrical products and plaster them all over the forums. In the electrical /refrigeration and beverage technician trade myself nothin pisses me more than...

    Fermenting Under Pressure

Interesting ghetto backyard experiment lol, I recently just mashed 2 Aussie lager type beers for the Christmas /New Years hols guests, same receipe, 2 identical batches in 2 grainfathers at the same time, both gravs came out within 1 point or so of each other, 1070, 1071 ish, at 32 ltrs...

    Lager question

1000% agree! anyone who says diff is still on a learning curve with lager making. I always do large starters with my lagers, usually couple of 3 ltr stepped and decanted for 45 ltr batches. Always pitch at lower end of temp range of yeast and allow to go through to higher end of temp range in...

    Fermenting Under Pressure

I used to do something similar in my bucket of death days, I brew up an extract receipe in the fermenter with some steeped grains and por hops in a bag with an immersion heater over the side, I did a powers bitter type receipe, it was scetchy as lol as the fermenter would get soft etc lol, I'd...

    Fermenting Under Pressure

Yep, if it's working for one, then don't change anything. I love my little craft house now, all humming along lovely and the beers are better than what I can buy so I will stick with everything. Cheers

    Fermenting Under Pressure

No sulphurs detected, the cleanest beers I've ever made , mine and shit loads of friends /family agree, we are brewing about 200 ltrs a month and all now with this method. Pressure only between 10-14 psi depending on spunding valve accuracy. Then carb up. When weal gets into it I think he will...
