I've always stored dry yeast in the freezer without issues, im currently using up some of my older yeast but have brewed with 6year old yeast without issue :p

Was no plan to have hot under pressure, was just wondering how hot I could run the CIP fluid upto or if I could soak in boiling water with Sodium perc etc
