    Thanks fdsaasdf - the problem is the Malt pipe fits inside quite snugly to amout 2mm off bottom (there are feet on the Malt Pipe) - I think to keep the bottom of the grain from being too close to the heating elements and scorching.     Boil over prevention

    Has anyone used Distillers Conditioner to try and stop boil over.? It's an anti-foaming agent and it's easier to get hold of than Fermcap. Just wondering.

    Does anyone know any book shop in Oz selling the CAMRA book "Brew Your Own British Real Ale". Mates in England are saying its a great guide to cloning British Beers and I've seen a few YouTube guys refer to it. Looked online but its out of stock, and will probably take forever to get here anyway.
