MartinOC fair comment, the enclosure is too big I know but its the only size I could get (without going for a more expensive clipsal option) that was tall enough to mount the STC the way I wanted along with the 10A outlet. LED's were simply (and reluctantly) put in to take up extra empty space...

As n87 said Pretty sure these relays are common on pins 4 and 8.
3 , 7 are NC
2 , 6 are NO.
And yeah chuck a multimeter on continuity buzz and you can pretty easily check whats what

I've purchased an STC1000 I work at Jaycar Electronics so getting additional bits and pieces is not a hassle.
I'll eventually setup a Raspberry Pi brew or Arduino control system but this should do for now
