It was 25lt, the pale can, the coopers #2 enhancer & the Morgan’s can.
The recorded numbers above are consistent as I did 3 x the same brew. The numbers were slightly different for every one.. I’m not sure why.
Everything was exactly the same in process.
Has anyone had experience with the Keg King HERMS all grain setup?
I’m about to buy an all in one kit but am not sure about the right one. I’d prefer to buy local & this price is hard to beat.
It’s a coopers kit but I substituted the 1.5kg dextrose for a can of Morgan’s Extra pale extract. It was kept at 24* throughout the 14 day ferment - left sit in fermenter for a further 10 days. Bottled. Didn’t chill for another 8-10 days. That’s it..

It’s def. stopped fermenting & is ready for bottling.
I have 10,000 micron hop bags that I’m going to use for the steeping.
Is steeping out of the question now that the fermentation is complete?

I want to try Dry Hopping for the first time & dont know much about it.
I have everything I need but am unsure if the hops need to be added while the fermentation is still active? (Bubbling)
It’s ready for bottling now.
