Circling back now. The shake of the keg did improve the taste but not to original.
I have increased the temp to 10c with +/- 2c. Whilst the taste has improved it is not like it was. I think I am going to put this down to force carbing.
Thanks for the responses :)
I keep my fridge at 3-4c ambient temperature.
Transfer wise my fermentasauras was under pressure, I then put gas in my keg and purged it a couple of times. I then hooked beer lines up, gas hooked up to fermentasauras, spunding valve on keg then started the transfer.
Hey fellow brewers I recently put down a New England ipa in my fermentasauras and finally got to put it in the keg yesterday.
My high level process was to keep it at 15psi for the whole ferment then cold crash for 24hours and keg it.

Just want to write a good review about Kegland. I had an item that I returned where I technically shouldn’t have gotten a refund but they helped me out. True customer service!
True that it is hard to pick.
What would tip you to one side or the other? Anything you would want to know?

For people buying the fermentasauras check your gas post. Noticed the gas leak the other day and it looks like my poppet was just off centre so I needed to disassemble and redo to fix it :)
I e tried keeping stuff in sanitiser and long term it deteriorated some of the items and they started to crack. I would say clean and sanitise then put in a container for use later.
Have a question. I put my first brew down on my snub last week and noticed that it was losing pressure. I just realised that it only does this when the gas disconnects have a connection. such as when applying co2, or a pressure release valve..odd thing is if there is no gas disconnect connected...
Anyway.... Back on topic.
Just put my first brew in my snub nose down. Love the trub collecting neatly down the bottom. Will take photos tomorrow. :)
I was also watching the following video and noticed that this new Spike conical has no collection ball which may be a change for conicals
