    Kits & extracts tinny taste

Is it just me, or do these kits usually end up with a rather metalic/tinny taste to them?

Using Honey and Dextrose to prime

Hey guys, just got a quick question, Ive made my beez neez clone and used 1kg of honey. I want it to really have a distinct honey flavour and as such am wondering if i could do a 50/50 honey and dextrose bulk priming mix? Has anyone done anything similar and if so how did you work out how much...

    Anaconda 4 Ring Burner

Diggs, do you have a wine making/sausage making supply store anywhere in brisbane? Id seriously look around for better burners, that come with stands that will be more cost effective than that unit. I know where i am in melbourne we have one, and i got a couple of photos for some people on here...

    Will it stay this cloudy

ok, so ive made my beez neez clone, using wheat malt as one of the main ingredients, its finished fermenting now, and is obviously cloudy as as shown below in the pic. Is there any way to clear this up prior to bulk priming??? or will it stay this way??? Btw, tastes fantastic from the sample

    Brew Cellar Yeast

I tell you what, after upping the yeast to 1g per litre of wort, this thing has the craziest activity ive seen in a fermentation, and to me its quite exciting, also a massive krausen, over an inch thick i reckon. Man i hope this brew (my version of beez neez clone) turns out good

    Kit And Extract Beer Spreadsheet

No recent changes, but like the above posts say, you can manually enter data yourself. Most kit cans these days come with the data provided so entering it isnt a problem. And hops you can manually adjust also.
