    Grain was shop crushed and yeah I did recirc.. mash was thick until I started the recirc, but I imagine that even with recirc it may not be fully submerging grain? All learning i guess

    I am new to all this and still learning the ropes... I have just bottled a fresh larger batch however i used the PSR solution that my home brew store recommended to clean / sanitise the bottles.. My problem is i did not rinse these with hot/cold water after using the solution before bottling...
