I used to do mash overnight regularly, used a pre warmed esky (my mash tun) wrapped in a $10 camping mat. Only dropped one degree an hour then again I only let it sit for 9 hours max before sparge. Was a great way to be finished before lunch the next day.

I like to brew an alt beir, saison or kolsch. All very easy summer consumption beers too

I use an esky and a custom built bag available online from the states. ( pm me for website not sure it right to post it) effiency went from 66 to 73 and i mill at .6 aswell

I didnt get round to it mate, ran out of fermentors to rack into. Just went with the scoop and dextrose.
