    Most household consumption is ~400L per day, depending on number of people. Work out how much you use in your chiller and decide whether to no chill or not. As the campaign says, every drop counts.

    Why not? Says nothing in the BJCP about 'no hop aroma' for weizens. Hefeweizen is simply a wheat beer "mit hefe". Read the BJCP guide for weizens: "...hop character ranges from low to none" "...can add to the complexity and balance" "...hop flavour is very low to none" Some kits don't have...

    But there is nothing stopping one dry hopping a wheat if you aren't religiously trying to follow a narrow description of a style is there? I often dry hop my hefeweizens with hallertau (or other soft euro hops like saaz) and they are delicious!

    I found it a bit too big a beer for a hot day. It must remind me of sitting with a bishops finger in a warm pub on a cold day.... Just me though - I prefer a wheat or pilsner on a hot day...

    Depends on how many other beers I have on tap at the time, but normal (nice) ones usually last 4 weeks or so, really nice ones go really fast (do they leak, I wonder?) and not so good experiments hang about for weeks and weeks....

    Not sure if this is a problem, but I've always found that drinking beer with hot curries makes you drink quicker. I get pissed fast with beer and hot curries. Yoghurt, coconut and cucumber go well with curries..maybe put a beer in it all, blend it and call it a beer smoothie?
