Individually we don't brew as much as a big brewery but collectively our foot print would be quite large. To me the fact they are so effiecent is irrelevant. I don't work for any brewery but this site all ways comes back to large brewery bashing.

I understand point 3, but you should really be training your palate so you can have numerous beers in a style and pick the differneces and flavours etc. This is what happen's when you do tasting/judgeing where you may need to try up to 30 or more beers in the same style and be able to pick out...

When i was up there i was hoping to catch up with either Simon or His brewer Greg ( i think thats his name ), to ask more questions. There Pilsner was really crisp and clean with a nice hop aroma, and there ESB is still a great Consistent beer, no matter where thay seem to brew.

If you don't try it you don't know. Easiest way to learn about brewing is to do it yourself. If it takes like shit you have maybe wasted 30 dollars and a bit of time. We all tip out beer at some stage

My problem with low carb beers isnot that they claim to be healthier, my problem is that so many of them call themselves blonde beers When you brew or give some one a proper belgium blonde the first questions they ask is if it is Low carb.

There are some effects where coopers have made in roads , where they have been able to convince Vb drinkers etc to try there beers. But it would be harder for coopers to convince a Jim beam Can drinker to move over to coopers.
