    Xmas in July Lotto

I'm having laxation's Red Falcon pale ale for lunch. Excellent carbonation with mild fruit aroma. I like the raw earthy bitterness, very drinkable, sort of bitter sweet with plenty of malt and the head laced the glass nicely. Thanks for sharing a top brew.

What styles work well with rain water?

All of my kit beers are made with rainwater collected off a colourbond roof and stored in a concrete tank. I mostly pre boil and cool then store in cubes ready for brew day however I've just finished a lager which had raw rain water and it was unreal tasting and crystal clear. Looking at getting...

INKBIRD Giveaway! Time to bring a new Temperature Controller of INKBIRD ITC-1000 home!

I actually already have three of your 308 models and love them for running fermenting fridges. The only fault I have had is the plastic eye breaking off the top but that is no real drama. **** I accidentally entered twice.

Forgot to mention the hops on the tounge afterwards were very nice and I'll leave the bottle around for a few days for another sniff.

Drinking your Smelly Bastard IPA Instant fresh orange / fruit aroma on knocking the top off, very pleasant. Good head and flavour but maybe over carbed which to me made it taste a little dry. It's done now and I enjoyed it thanks mate. The bottle was posted, stored at 2 deg then 18 for a while...

    2018 Hop Plantations

I reckon they will be fine mate they should love it. Here's a pic of half of last years first year Saaz crown. It was the size of a pencil when first planted last year and after hacking it out of the pot (60l) I split in half with an axe. I use heaps of mushroom compost with blood and bone plus...
