Yeah not really bothered by it, more interested in why. I have had heaps of brews not finish exactly where I was expecting, but never by 0.006 and finishing that dry.
I couldn't help myself - I took a sample last night to see where it's at. Probably my best beer to date at this point in time. I try not to critique my beers before they're carbed and kegged, but this one tastes and smells great already. Definitely no infection!
