Brewer's Notes

Its not an APL just picked it though, more a Trad Aus Lager with something a little different.. Not the right stuff in the ingredient table just list them instead.
Ingredients: 1.7kg Coopers Heritage Lager, 1.5kg Morgans Lager Malt, 1kg Booster Blend #11, 200g Dextrose, 12g POR, 12g Cluster, 8g Cascade, kit yeast.
Method: Rehydrate yeast in 100ml boiling water cooled <30c, 4L water into pot dissolve 200g Dex + 200g BB + 400g MLM, put over heat of 65-70c for 90m, @90 bring to boil + 100g MLM + 12g POR + 6g Cluster @ 40m into boil + 6g Cascade @ 55m + 6g Cluster @ 58m + 2g Cascade, flame off, sit for 10m cool down + 1kg MLM + 1.7kg CHL + 800g BB, sitr n dissolved, + to ferm, + water to 23L temp 16c OG1060 + yeast, prim for 2 weeks @ 12'C cond for 4 weeks @ 10'C.. Prob carb drops & plastic for cond havent bulk primed before & only have 1 ferm but ill see how it goes..

I put it down yesterday, if anyones done one like this or something similar or just wanna have a dig alls welcome its my sixth solo brew so yer still learning like 2 brews ago i was making a VB clone like the brew cellar recipe said with the Morgans Aust Bitter can and instead of it turning out golden it came out red its not bad at all to sample but the colour just threw me thats all and yer if ive trashed 23L of water my bad.. Oh and does anyone no what hops they use in the Heritage Lager it said that its Euro aroma & im guessing its POR for bittering.. Any suggestions on the Euro?

Also i have to get my brew supplies from a country hardware with not much to choose from & i got the last lot of stuff thats not out of date, so im doing the best i can with what i got...
