Brewer's Notes

An approximation of Sam Adams Boston Lager. Not meant to be the same just similar in guidelines. An accidental gem which tastes a little similar to the real thing. Tettnang and Columbus dryhop combination is the best I've tried. Just a really flavoursome session lager with layers of hoppy complexity, spice, floral, citrus and pine.
Beer was repitched Wyeast 2633 Oktoberfest blend cake. Pitched at 8 degrees and allowed to ferment in ambient garage at 10 degrees. All zero minute additions are dry hops
