Getting closer to inaugural brew day on the 35 gen4. Just wondering if other users set the element power to 100% during boil and what sort of boil off rate you get. Obviously I'll run a test batch first on mine but having a start point would save me a little time.

I like 70% on mine for a gentle boil, I'd guess 90% would be about right if you're after a vigorous boil. Depends on boil volume, kettle jacket or lack of, ambient conditions, etc etc
